Wisconsin commit Kingston Allen keeps stacking absurd numbers, and the latest chapter was another stat-stuffing eruption: 259 rushing yards and five touchdowns in his most recent game.
That output gave the 2027 back his sixth game this season with 250-plus rushing yards and his eighth game with at least five touchdowns. The pace is outrageous, and so is the total. Allen now sits at 2,546 yards and 48 touchdowns on the year, numbers that put him in position to top what he did a season ago.
The production hasn’t come in a vacuum, either. Notre Dame has rolled through the year with a perfect 9-0 record, giving Allen a backdrop nearly as dominant as the box scores he keeps posting.
Allen’s eye, though, isn’t just on another record book line. He also has a state championship in view, something he didn’t get last year. That road is still long, but the way he has been tearing through defenses makes it hard to imagine many teams slowing him down.
Last season did include a few more ordinary stretches by his standards. He had three games under 6 yards per carry and one game where he was held under 100 rushing yards.
For most backs, that’s just part of the grind. For Allen, the standard is much higher, especially after becoming the state’s all-time leader in rushing touchdowns.
That mark came in only two years as the team’s starter, and Allen finished with 107 touchdowns, including 103 over his final 22 games. The numbers border on ridiculous, even before you start comparing them to anyone else in the state record book.
There has also been a little nervous energy around his recruitment. Allen has recently taken visits to Ohio State and Minnesota, and he picked up offers on both trips. For Wisconsin fans, that naturally raised eyebrows.
Still, Allen remains committed to Wisconsin for now. Until that changes, Badger fans have every reason to keep watching one of the most productive high school runners anywhere in the country.

Wisconsin Needed This Jalen Brown Message After Another 2027 Recruiting Jolt
Jack Thelens decommitment was the kind of recruiting hit that can make a fan base start looking twice at the rest of the class, especially when it comes on the heels of any other roster uncertainty. For Wisconsin, the timing made the 2027 group feel a little more fragile than it had just days earlier, and it put a spotlight on the other young pieces the staff still has in the fold.
Jalen Brown helped calm some of that anxiety by reaffirming his commitment after transferring to an out-of-state prep school, a move that could have easily sparked doubts if he were looking for an opening to back away. Brown has drawn notice for his steady development and a versatile skill set that gives him long-term value, with the kind of flexibility that could let him fit in at multiple spots down the road. Wisconsins Upset Chances May Hinge On One Huge UCLA Change
UCLAs quarterback situation has changed dramatically just as Wisconsin heads into one of its most interesting Big Ten road tests of the season. The Bruins lost starter Nico Iamaleava to a season-ending injury, which means the Badgers now have to prepare for a different offensive look and potentially multiple backup quarterbacks seeing action. On the other side of the ball, UCLA has made its living by taking advantage of mistakes, with a defense built around forcing turnovers and flipping field position.
All of that makes the Rose Bowl setting feel even bigger for Wisconsin, because this will be UCLAs first home game as a ranked team in years and the atmosphere is expected to be lively. For the Badgers, the challenge is not just adjusting to an unfamiliar offense, but doing it in a building where the energy figures to be a factor from the opening series. The margin for error should be slim, and the game may come down to which team handles the uncertainty better. [Read more 🡒]
Wisconsin Suddenly Has A Big Grace Egan Return Question
Grace Egans path back to Wisconsins lineup has become one of the more encouraging developments around the program, even after a frightening injury that initially sent her to the hospital and left her dealing with a serious back issue and loss of feeling in her legs. Since then, the outlook has brightened considerably, with coach Kelly Sheffield saying she is expected to return this year and Egan already being spotted in uniform during warmups.
The bigger question now is how quickly that progress turns into actual court time, especially with the Badgers navigating a season in which health is already part of the conversation. Madison Quest was also seen in a walking boot and out of uniform, a separate injury situation that adds another layer of uncertainty as Wisconsin waits to see who can be available when the matches start to tighten up.
