Fans had plenty to say after two injury scenes on back-to-back nights put Jayden Daniels and Jaxson Dart under the microscope.
The most talked-about moment came Monday night, when Jaxson Dart went down with a knee injury on a third-down pass attempt. Rams defenders Byron Young and Josaiah Stewart collided with Dart, and his left knee bent at an awkward angle. Once the broadcast moved away, slow-motion replays of the hit spread fast.

That earlier scene involved Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels, who dislocated his elbow against the Cowboys on Sunday. Even with that background, the split-screen reaction only tells part of the story. The two clips show just a few seconds from much longer nights for both teams, and they don’t prove anything about either player’s character.
