After Virginia’s 42-3 win over Delaware last Saturday, Coach’s Corner with Tony Elliott is back Tuesday night, and this week’s guest brings a strong start to the season with him.
The show will air from 7-8 p.m. at Dairy Market in Charlottesville and will be hosted by John Freeman, the “Voice of the Cavaliers.” Virginia running back Jekail Middlebrook will join Elliott as the student-athlete guest.
Middlebrook is a fourth-year transfer in his first season with the Cavaliers after spending his previous three years at Middle Tennessee State from 2023-25. He earned All-CUSA honorable mention in 2025 and was named to the CUSA All-Freshman Team in 2023. Through Virginia’s first four games, he leads the team with 177 rushing yards and has scored two total touchdowns.
Fans can hear the show across VSRN affiliates, through the Virginia Sports mobile app, and in archived form on VirginiaSports.com and the Virginia Sports mobile app. During the program, ticket and merchandise giveaways will be part of the night, and fans can also have a chance to win items signed by Elliott. Virginia, now 3-1 and 1-0, heads next to Florida State, which is 2-2 and 0-1. The Seminoles snapped a two-game losing streak with a 34-7 win over Central Arkansas last Saturday.

8 Alabama on Sept. 19.
