Mitch Marner’s first year with the Vegas Golden Knights has already earned him some elite recognition.
The NHL Network slotted Marner at No. 4 on its Top 20 Wings Right Now list, putting the Canadian Olympian inside the top five after a postseason run that turned plenty of heads. The league’s social account highlighted the jump by noting: "After his massive performance in the #StanleyCup Playoffs, the @GoldenKnights ' Mitch Marner moves up to #⃣4⃣ on NHL Network's Top 20 Wings Right Now list!"
Marner was the only Golden Knights winger to crack the list. Not Mark Stone, and not any former Vegas winger either, including Pavel Dorofeyev.
The ranking is easy to understand once you look at what Marner just produced. He finished the playoffs with 10 goals and 19 assists, then followed that with a regular season that included 24 goals and 56 assists in 2025-26. Those numbers helped push Vegas to another Pacific Division title and a Stanley Cup Final appearance.
Among wings in the Pacific Division, Marner sits at the top. On the full list, he landed just behind Kirill Kaprizov of the Minnesota Wild at No.
