The Vegas Golden Knights are heading into September with a 23-player rookie camp group and a trip to San Jose already on the calendar.
General manager Kelly McCrimmon announced the official roster and schedule for the team’s 2026 Rookie Camp presented by Martin-Harris Construction on Sept. 1. The camp roster includes 13 forwards, seven defensemen and three goaltenders.
Vegas will then take part in the 2026 Rookie Faceoff from Sept. 12-15 at TechCU Arena and Sharks Ice at San Jose. The event brings together top prospects from the Golden Knights, Anaheim Ducks, Colorado Avalanche, Los Angeles Kings, San Jose Sharks and Utah Mammoth.
The Golden Knights’ games at the tournament will be streamed live on KnightTime+, with Daren Millard and Henderson Silver Knights play-by-play commentator Brian McCormack handling the broadcast and joined by live special guests.
Before the tournament gets going, the rookies will hit the ice for practice on Friday, Sept. 11 at City National Arena at 12:45 p.m. PT.
Vegas opens rookie faceoff play against Utah Mammoth on Saturday, Sept. 12 at 3 p.m. PT, then faces the Colorado Avalanche on Sunday, Sept. 13 at 1 p.m.
PT. Both games will be played at Tech CU Arena and Sharks Ice at San Jose.
The forward group is made up of Dylan Allie, Mathieu Cataford, Trevor Connelly, Jordan Gustafson, Jackson Hallum, Ben Hemmerling, Mateo Nobert, Noel Pakarinen, Jonah Sivertson, Sloan Stanick, Trent Swick, Tuomas Uronen and Alex Weiermair.
Vegas’ defensemen for rookie camp are Sean Burick, Viliam Kmec, Samuel Mayer, Will McLaughlin, Bronson Ride, Conor Walton and Vann Williamson.
The numerical roster also lists the three goaltenders: Cameron Whitehead, Matthew Minchak and Pavel Moysevich.

The Golden Knights are entering their 10th season as a franchise in 2026-27. The team is owned and operated by Black Knight Sports and Entertainment LLC, and was established by Owner and Chairman Bill Foley and his family.
Vegas was the most successful expansion franchise in North American professional sports history in 2017-18 and won the Stanley Cup in 2022-23. The Golden Knights have also advanced to the Stanley Cup Final three times.
