Minor league action on 8/13/26 gave Texas affiliates a little of everything: strong starts, loud power, and a few rehabbing names working back into game shape.
At Hickory, Evan Siary turned in the steadiest outing of the night. The starter worked 5.2 innings and gave up two runs while striking out six and walking two. Michael Trausch followed with 1.2 scoreless innings, finishing with one strikeout and one walk.
The Crawdads got plenty done at the plate, too. Yolfran Castillo went 2 for 5 and swiped a base.
Marco Argudin homered and walked. Pablo Guerrero doubled twice and drew two walks.
Kaden Carpenter added a homer and a walk, while Jay McQueen collected three hits and a stolen base. Sebastian Baquer chipped in a pair of hits, and Curley Martha had a hit.
Hub City’s pitching line was led by Kamdyn Perry, who worked 4.2 innings and allowed a solo homer while walking three and striking out three. J’Briell Easley was tagged for two runs in 1.1 innings, with one walk and one strikeout.
Offensively, Gleider Figuereo doubled, and Paxton Kling reached base twice on walks and also stole a base.
Frisco’s night started rough with Dylan MacLean, who lasted just 1.1 innings and gave up five runs, including two home runs. He walked one and struck out two.
The RoughRiders did get some big swings from the lineup. Rafe Perich finished 2 for 4 with a double and a homer.
Dylan Dreiling also went 2 for 5 with a double and a homer. Sebastian Walcott added two doubles, Malcolm Moore had a hit, and Arturo Disla doubled and walked.
Round Rock got a rehabbing Jack Leiter on the mound, and he was sharp in a short stint. Leiter struck out three, walked one, and used 48 pitches to get through 2.2 scoreless innings.
Marc Church retired the only batter he faced. Dalton Pence allowed two runs over three innings, walking three and striking out two.
Emiliano Teodo threw 37 pitches, 22 for strikes, and faced seven batters; he walked one and struck out the other six.
At the plate for Round Rock, rehabbing Danny Jansen went 1 for 3 and handled catching duties for six innings. Logan O’Hoppe doubled.
