7 LMU. This double-header of triumphs showcased Texas' resilience and skill on the sand.
In their first duel of the day against Cal, the Pavelkova duo, Anna and Kacka, set the tone with a commanding 2-0 win on Court 2, taking sets 21-14 and 21-12. Cal responded fiercely on Court 1, as Emma Donley and Portia Sherman bested Ava Patton and Katie Hashman in straight sets, 21-16, 21-19.
However, Texas wasn't about to back down. Macey Butler and Noa Sonneville clinched a crucial point on Court 5 with a hard-fought 23-21, 21-12 victory.
The decisive moment came from Emma Grace Robertson and Savannah Thomas on Court 3, who battled through a three-set thriller to secure the win for Texas, 21-15, 15-21, 15-11.

LMU fought back, evening the score with wins on Courts 2 and 1. The tension peaked on Court 5, where Butler and Sonneville faced a nail-biting three-set showdown.
The Longhorns emerged victorious, sealing the match with a 21-19 win in the final set.
