The Longhorns dug out of a 23-3 hole at home, with Arch Manning helping spark the rally against the top-ranked Buckeyes. For Sarkisian, it was one of the biggest victories of his Texas tenure. But before the final drama, the coach had already been caught in an uncomfortable halftime interview situation with Laura Rutledge.
Texas was still trailing 20-3 when Rutledge tried to get Sarkisian on the air, but network technical problems slowed everything down.
