David Gabriel Georges keeps making his case the old-fashioned way: by wrecking defenses on Friday nights.
Tennessee’s five-star running back commit turned in another big outing for Baylor School in a 51-33 win over Rabun Gap-Nacoochee (GA), scoring three touchdowns and doing all of his damage on the ground.
His first trip to the end zone came late in the opening quarter, when he finished a short run by leaping over defenders and into the end zone with 4:08 left.
Then, just before halftime, Gabriel Georges found the edge again. With 2:46 remaining until the break, he took the handoff toward the left sideline, outran the defense, and coasted in for another score.
The best run of the night came with six minutes left. Gabriel Georges ripped off a 77-yard touchdown to put the game away for the Red Raiders. He surged through the middle of the line, shook off defenders, and then showed the speed that makes him such a dangerous player once he gets into space.
It was the kind of performance that fits the start he’s already put together this season. In Week 1, Gabriel Georges piled up 250 all-purpose yards and one touchdown.
In Week 2, he added 70 yards and another score. After three weeks, he now appears to have five total touchdowns.
The six-foot back is rated by 247Sports’ Composite Rankings as the No. 9 prospect in the 2027 cycle. He also checks in as the No. 2 running back in the class and the No. 1 player from Tennessee.
Baylor School is 3-0 to open the season, and all three wins have come in convincing fashion. The Red Raiders are winning by an average of 20.3 points per game.
Gabriel Georges is scheduled to be back in action next Friday night against undefeated Trinity High School (KY).

Tennessee Has An Early O-Line Concern Before Georgia Tech
Tennessee got through its season opener against Furman with a little less certainty in the middle of the line than it expected. Sam Pendleton, the Vols returning starting center, was held out after an injury was discovered following warm-ups, leaving the offense to make a quick adjustment before kickoff. Sophomore Nic Moore stepped into the spot and handled the assignment well, giving Tennessee a usable answer in a pinch.
Josh Heupel said Pendleton is expected to be ready for the next game against Georgia Tech, which should ease the immediate concern for a line that needs stability early in the year.
