David Gabriel Georges is set for another Friday night spotlight, and this one comes with a marquee opponent. The five-star Tennessee commit will be on the field when Baylor School meets Trinity High School in Louisville, Kentucky, in a matchup between Tennessee’s and Kentucky’s top high school programs.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. ET, and the game will stream on the NFHS Network. Fans who want to watch will need a subscription, but it gives Tennessee supporters a chance to see one of the Vols’ future headliners in action.
Baylor enters the night at 3-0 and ranked No. 11, with Georges doing plenty of damage through the first part of the season. MaxPreps lists the senior running back with 445 rushing yards, 65 receiving yards and seven rushing touchdowns. He’s averaging 8.7 yards per carry and 148.3 yards per game.
He already put together a huge performance in Baylor’s opener against Brentwood Academy, racking up 250 all-purpose yards and a touchdown.
Now he gets another chance to show out against a ranked opponent, with No. 23 Trinity waiting on the other side.

Georges’ profile has him sitting near the top of the national recruiting board. According to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings, he’s the No. 9 player in the country, the No. 2 running back in the class and the No. 1 player in Tennessee. He was also named the Max Preps National Player of the Year during the 2025 season.
Tennessee landed his commitment in late July after beating out Ohio State and Ole Miss in a hard-fought recruiting battle.
