Landry Kiffin picked a busy week to step into retail.
Lane Kiffin’s daughter launched Fifth Year on Monday, with LSU set to visit Ole Miss on Saturday. The timing was hard to miss.
She introduced the brand with a photo alongside two friends wearing cropped sets and boots, while the brand account posted, “FIFTH YEAR X LANDRY KIFFIN LIVE NOW!! get it before it’s gone on fifthyr.com.”
The new site is built around activewear, lounge pieces, jackets, hoodies and gameday looks in school-inspired colors. On Tuesday, Landry thanked the early shoppers and wrote, “Seeing so many of you on the website the second we launched, placing orders and supporting Fifth Year, was the best feeling ever.”
Fifth Year’s own description frames the line as clothing for a very specific kind of customer. “Designed for women in college and beyond, our collections blend athletic wear, loungewear, elevated essentials, and accessories in our signature colors inspired by the schools we love and the traditions that bring us together.”
The launch lands on a week that already carries plenty of baggage for the Kiffin family. Lane Kiffin left Oxford for Baton Rouge last December, and Rebels fans still remember that moment well. Now his oldest child is selling clothes while both teams are in the top 10.
Landry has already lived in the middle of that split. She dated LSU linebacker Whit Weeks publicly during the week those teams met last year, and after the backlash from Ole Miss fans, she told them she wished she “could be as creative as angry football fans.” She later moved with the job and kept showing up in both worlds.
The brand itself leans into that mix. One look includes a navy leather crop and a matching skort, which the company calls “your new gameday uniform.” Landry has also tried other paths, including teaching Pilates at Ole Miss, promoting ALO workouts after the move to LSU and even teasing a cooking channel with Weeks.
This is the first venture of hers with an actual storefront and checkout. She had continued posting Rebels content after the move, then appeared in purple and gold, and Fifth Year gives her a way to sell to both sides without choosing a helmet in the caption.
The family split runs deeper than just Landry’s new line. Layla Kiffin opened a Baton Rouge studio across from Tiger Stadium, while Landry went into clothing.
Same family, different storefronts, and one Saturday that figures to be loud. LSU and Ole Miss will handle the football.
