Lady Vols basketball has added another piece to its new adidas look, unveiling the home white uniforms on Tuesday after showing off the orange road set a day earlier.
The white version keeps plenty of the same design language as the orange uniforms, including the Summitt Blue and orange piping and outlines. The biggest change comes across the chest: where the road orange uniforms read “Tennessee,” the home whites go with the classic “Lady Vols” script.
The program also shared a full look at the new uniform on social media with the caption: “brand new day”
More reveals are still on the way. Tennessee plans to unveil its Summitt Blue uniforms on Wednesday, a color the Lady Vols have mostly worn at home but have also used on the road at times. Dark Mode uniforms are set for Thursday, giving Tennessee a look it did not have under Nike.
Monday’s reveal was the road orange uniform, which set the stage for this week’s rollout.
Lady Vols head coach Kim Caldwell also spoke about the new partnership with adidas, saying, “We couldn’t be more excited to launch our new partnership with adidas,” Lady Vols basketball head coach Kim Caldwell said. “It’s a global brand that is part of the incredible history of Tennessee Athletics, recognizes the strength of our brand and is committed to investing in the future of our student-athletes and programs. Tennessees push for five-star running back David Gabriel Georges has taken on a more personal feel as the Vols keep working to make their case before his July 22 commitment date.
