Nissan Stadium is starting its last season with one foot in the past and the other in the Titans’ new look.
As the building hosts its first game of the final year tonight in Nashville, Tenn., the old flame ball logo still holds a major spot inside the stadium. The newer light blue shield is there too, woven into the venue rather than replacing everything outright.
That makes the old home feel less like a full makeover and more like a bridge between eras. The Titans have mostly pushed ahead with their refreshed identity, but the stadium itself did not get a sweeping overhaul before it’s torn down after the home finale against Pittsburgh on January 3, 2027. The new Nissan Stadium next door is expected to be finished in the spring.
Some of the newer branding shows up where fans are most likely to notice it. The team’s new logo appears in select premium areas, especially in the stadium bowl. At the Blue-White Scrimmage, the updated colors and visuals were prominent on the walls around the field, and those elements have also been painted on the back walls of the lower section.
Elsewhere, though, the old look still lingers. Club areas with high ceilings that once featured navy-based logo decorations will stay the same. Outside the stadium, there are still places where the old logo and the new one share the same space.
So even as the Titans have made a clear move into a new identity, their soon-to-be-demolished home will spend one last season suspended between what came before and what comes next.

Gia Duddy, the former girlfriend of Titans quarterback Will Levis, turned a Bengals practice into a bit of offseason internet detective work after she posted from Cincinnati and showed support for a player on the field. One of the clips she shared featured Bengals wide receiver Andrei Iosivas, and that was enough to set off plenty of speculation about whether the two might be connected.
Duddy has not confirmed anything publicly, but the timing and the practice visit gave fans plenty to parse, especially after her reported split with Levis during his rookie NFL season. The early returns on the Titans new passing partnership have been uneven, even with preseason football still offering plenty of room for growth. Cam Ward got the first quarter against the Seahawks and finished 8 of 12 for 69 yards, but the familiar connection Tennessee is hoping to build with Carnell Tate still has not shown up in the box score.
Ward missed Tate on two more chances in the latest game, which came after an 0-for-3 start targeting him in the preseason opener. That leaves the young duo without a completion together through two exhibitions, a small sample but one the Titans are surely hoping starts to change soon as both players settle into the NFL and keep working on timing.
