Geekie, standing tall at 6-foot-4 and weighing in at 212 pounds, has seen action in 11 games for the Lightning this season. During his time on the ice, he’s contributed two assists and logged six penalty minutes, averaging just under 10 minutes per game. Over his NHL career, all with Tampa Bay, Geekie has played 63 games, netting eight goals, 16 points, and delivering three game-winning goals.

The Strathclair, Manitoba native has been making waves in the AHL too. In 47 games for the Crunch this season, Geekie has tallied 14 goals and 51 points, ranking second on the team in both assists and points, while holding the fourth spot in goals.

His standout performances earned him a spot at the 2026 AHL All-Star Classic. Across 71 career AHL games with Syracuse, he boasts 25 goals, 71 points, and a solid plus-14 rating.

Originally drafted by the Arizona Coyotes in the first round of the 2022 NHL Draft, Geekie joined the Lightning through a trade on June 29, 2024. His return to Syracuse is sure to bolster the Crunch's lineup as they push through the season.
