Arkansas now knows when it will host one of its biggest late-season SEC games.
The Razorbacks’ Week 11 matchup with No. 23 South Carolina is set for November 14 at 6:45 p.m.
(CST) in Fayetteville, with the game airing on SEC Network. It will be the 25th meeting between the programs, and Arkansas enters with a 14-10 edge in the all-time series.
These teams have not crossed paths often in recent years. Since 2017, Arkansas and South Carolina have played just twice, and each side has taken one of those games. The last meeting came in 2022, when the Razorbacks handled the Gamecocks 44-30 at Razorback Stadium.
South Carolina arrives with a 5-3 record and 233 in conference play, while Arkansas is 3-5 and 1-4 in SEC action through eight weeks. The Razorbacks’ wins have come against North Alabama, Tulsa and Vanderbilt. South Carolina’s victories this season have come against Kent State, Towson, Florida, Tennessee and Oklahoma.
Before that November matchup, Arkansas has another SEC test in front of it. The Hogs travel to Auburn this Saturday for an 11:45 a.m. (CST) kickoff on SEC Network.
South Carolina also has work to do before coming to Fayetteville. The Gamecocks host Texas A&M this Saturday for homecoming.
The Gamecocks are led by sixth-year head coach Shane Beamer, who has compiled a 38-33 record at South Carolina, including a 19-27 mark in SEC play. Beamer was on the hot seat earlier this season, but the Gamecocks have climbed back into the Associated Press poll thanks to a three-game winning streak that includes road wins over Florida and Oklahoma, plus a home victory over Tennessee.
After South Carolina, Arkansas heads to Austin for a second straight year to face No. 1 Texas on November 21 in Week 12.
The Razorbacks are trying to snap a two-game losing streak against the Longhorns. Texas leads the all-time series 58-23, and last season the Longhorns beat Arkansas 52-37 in Austin.
The regular season ends in Fayetteville on November 27, when LSU comes in for the Battle for the Golden Boot. Arkansas has lost four straight in the series, and LSU won last year’s matchup 23-22.

Kendal Briles Is Creating A South Carolina Question Fans Didn't Want
Kendal Briles has given South Carolina something it has been able to lean on this season, with the offense showing real life and a notable performance against Oklahoma helping fuel the optimism around the program. For a team still trying to stack wins and keep its bowl hopes in reach, having an offensive coordinator who has brought clear direction has mattered, and it has made Briles one of the more important figures on Shane Beamers staff.
Naturally, that kind of impact tends to attract attention from elsewhere, and it is the sort of development Gamecock fans would rather not have to think about in November. Beamer and Briles have both kept the message centered on the present, with the focus staying on South Carolinas current push and Briles continuing to handle his responsibilities in Columbia while the season plays out. South Carolina Fans Need To Know This Before Texas A&M Homecoming
Williams-Brice Stadium will have a familiar kind of buzz on Homecoming weekend, with South Carolina set to host Texas A&M in a 3:03 p.m. kickoff. The school is also opening the gates two hours before game time, a move meant to ease entry and help avoid the kind of delays fans have dealt with before.
Game day is being built out as more than just a conference matchup, too. Along with the football, South Carolina has lined up additional fan experiences and events, including a Hall of Fame induction and limited-edition merchandise sales, giving the afternoon a little extra weight for a crowd that will already be arriving with plenty to celebrate. Gamecocks Get An Early Chance To Set The Tone At Home
South Carolina mens basketball gets its season started at home Tuesday night, opening against Stetson at Colonial Life Arena with tipoff set for 7 p.m. It is a chance for the Gamecocks to settle in early in front of their own crowd after a preseason that included wins over Wake Forest and Campbell, a useful start as they begin to build momentum for the year ahead.
Stetson comes in with its own opening-night test, having already drawn Clemson in its season opener and coming off an exhibition loss to Florida. For South Carolina, the first night is about more than just getting a result on the board - it is an early opportunity to establish the tone at home before the schedule starts asking more of them.
