The San Jose Sharks are gearing up for a boost as they activate forward Ryan Reaves from injured reserve. After being sidelined in early February and missing the Sharks' last matchup against the Colorado Avalanche before the Olympic break, Reaves is set to rejoin the Pacific Division squad.
Reaves has been a force on the ice this season, appearing in 46 games and contributing three goals, alongside racking up 32 penalty minutes and delivering 142 hits. This follows a stint with the Toronto Maple Leafs last season, where he played 35 games, notching two assists and 103 hits, though he didn't find the back of the net.
With his return, Reaves brings his trademark grit and physicality back to the Sharks' lineup, offering them another solid option in their bottom six. His presence is sure to add some muscle and energy as the team looks to strengthen their position in the division.
