Rutgers Women's Golf Tees Off at Westbrook Invitational
As the spring season heats up, the Rutgers women's golf team is set to showcase their skills at the Westbrook Invitational from February 22-23 in Peoria, Arizona. Hosted by Wisconsin, this two-day, three-round tournament will unfold at the scenic Westbrook Village Golf Club.

The Vistas Course at Westbrook Village Golf Club offers a challenging Par 72 layout, stretching over 6,293 yards. It's a setting that promises to test the mettle of all competitors.
Tournament Field
The competition is fierce, featuring 16 teams, including top-ranked programs like No. 23 Arizona, No.
26 Kansas State, and No. 35 Missouri.
Other notable participants include Kansas, Chattanooga, Colorado State, Georgia, and Gonzaga, among others. Rutgers will face a formidable lineup that promises some thrilling golf action.
Event Schedule
- Saturday, Feb. 21: Practice Round at 11 a.m.
- Sunday, Feb. 22: Rounds 1 & 2 begin at 10:30 a.m. with a shotgun start
- Monday, Feb. 23: Round 3 also kicks off at 10:30 a.m. with a shotgun start
Rutgers Lineup
Leading the charge for Rutgers are Grace Lu, Joline Truong, Elizabeth Ryu, Judy Amano, and Krystal Li, with Emily James competing as an individual. This lineup is poised to make waves on the course.
Recent Performance
Earlier this month, Rutgers competed in the Paradise Invitational in Boca Raton, Florida, where they showed steady improvement across three rounds, finishing 10th in a competitive 16-team field. Sophomore Judy Amano stood out, tying for 28th with a solid four-over-par 220 (75-72-73) in a 90-player field.
What’s Next
Following the Westbrook Invitational, the Scarlet Knights will head to Raleigh, North Carolina, to compete in the City of Oaks Collegiate, hosted by NC State, from March 22-24. This event will be another opportunity for Rutgers to continue their upward trajectory this season.
