Isaiah Alvarez Schedules Visit to Rutgers Amid Major Recruiting Buzz

Don Bosco Prep's standout receiver Isaiah Alvarez shares his reasons for visiting Rutgers, highlighting Coach Dave Brock's influence and long-term recruitment efforts.

Isaiah Alvarez, one of New Jersey's standout wide receivers, is gearing up for an official visit to Rutgers football in late May. This marks a significant moment as it will be part of Rutgers' first official visit weekend.

Hailing from Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey, N.J., Alvarez is a three-star recruit in the class of 2027. Rutgers has managed to secure this visit, in part, due to the experience of wide receivers coach Dave Brock. With a solid five-year stint in the NFL, including three years with the Atlanta Falcons as a wide receivers coach, Brock brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Alvarez shared with Scarlet Nation, "They've been recruiting me for a long time now and also coach Brock makes it known that he wants to coach me." This connection highlights the strong recruiting efforts and the personal touch that Rutgers is employing to attract top talent.
