Joe Burrow Urged Toward Steelers As NFL Legend Pushes Bold Move

Could Joe Burrow make a surprising move to the Steelers amidst speculation and doubt?

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow faced a challenging 2025 season, limited to just eight starts due to injuries. Meanwhile, former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison has thrown an intriguing idea into the mix: Burrow joining the Steelers.

Harrison suggested Burrow as a potential fit for Pittsburgh, especially as they await veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers' decision on his future. However, former Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger quickly dismissed the notion on the "Deebo & Joe" podcast, calling it a "pipe dream."

"Joe Burrow going to the Steelers? I think that would be a pipe dream. I don’t think that would be a reality," Roethlisberger stated.

Despite Roethlisberger's skepticism, Harrison, a two-time Super Bowl champ, stood by his suggestion.

"I didn’t ask you about no pipe dreams," Harrison responded. "I have been talking to this man.

We have been having conversations. Aye, Joe Burrow, listen to him.

A Hall of Fame QB just told you it is a no-brainer to come over here to the Black and Gold… Come over here and get you a Lombardi."

The Steelers are currently in a holding pattern, waiting for Rodgers to decide on his NFL future after a strong 2025 season with Pittsburgh.
