Jaden Bibbs Stuns Fans with Official Pitt Visit Announcement in June

Promising Texas cornerback Jaden Bibbs sets his sights on Pitt with a June visit, as the Panthers deepen their Lone Star State recruiting efforts.

Pitt is making waves in the Texas recruiting scene, and it looks like they're just getting started. With the class of 2027 in their sights, the Panthers are putting in the groundwork to bring some Lone Star talent to Pittsburgh.

One name to keep an eye on is Jaden Bibbs, a promising 5-foot-10, 180-pound cornerback from Coppell High School near Dallas. Bibbs has announced plans for an official visit to Pitt this June, joining another Texas recruit set to explore the program this summer.

Bibbs' standout junior season didn't go unnoticed. Archie Collins, Pitt's cornerbacks coach, took a trip to Texas in January to see Bibbs in action and begin building a strong connection. Collins' efforts are clearly making an impact, as Bibbs has been in regular contact with him.

"I talk to Coach Collins about twice a week," Bibbs shared. "He's genuine and takes the time to check in on me. When he visited, he gave a presentation on the school and hung out with us for a bit."

It's clear that Pitt is serious about expanding its reach into Texas, and with recruits like Bibbs showing interest, the Panthers are poised to make a splash.
