Brandon Marsh’s reaction to a prank call from Zack Wheeler is the kind of thing that makes a simple bit land way harder than expected.
The video, which surfaced on TikTok live and was later shared on Twitter, shows Wheeler and his wife Nika calling Marsh late at night just to say goodnight. The exchange is short, awkward in the best way, and then unexpectedly sweet.

The joke in this kind of prank is usually that the person on the other end gets weirded out, annoyed, or flat-out offended by someone calling just to say goodnight. That’s the whole setup: the call is supposed to feel so odd that the reaction becomes the punchline.
Marsh didn’t play it that way at all. He came off genuinely appreciative, like getting the call from Wheeler was a nice surprise instead of some late-night nuisance. His “Thanks, brother” and “I appreciate you calling” give the whole thing a warm turn.
