Shaun Bradley has weighed in on the A.J. Brown and Haason Reddick masseuse rumor, and his message was blunt: there’s nothing to it.
The former Eagles linebacker responded to a fan circulating the story and backed up what had already been reported publicly. Bradley said he played with Reddick in both college and the pros, called the rumor “corny as fuck,” and said the whole thing was made up.
The rumor first blew up in June through a thread from “Mansa Simba,” who claimed Reddick and Brown were seeing the same massage therapist on the side. That thread tried to spin the situation into beef involving Jalen Hurts, but it never gained any real footing beyond the internet churn around it.
A few days later, NFL Insider Mike Garafolo said he had spoken to Big Dom about the rumor and that Big Dom was “adamant” the story was untrue.
By then, a lot of Eagles fans had already moved on. The A.J.
Brown trade had finally happened, and plenty of people were ready to leave the whole thing behind. But some corners of the fan base kept pressing for more details and wouldn’t let the story die.
Bradley’s tweet was later deleted, though some replies remained up. In one, he wrote:
“It dont gotta be nothin…. U think its sumn because yall made this whole story up bro… now what if i told you sumn bout ya wife or ya daughter thats ya profile pic… i got status people gon believe me… so i can juss start some shit abt ya family right now an have it all over…”
In the end, if the choice is between random Twitter speculation and the combination of Mike Garafolo, Big Dom and Shaun Bradley, most people are going to trust the latter. Still, Philadelphia has a way of making even the wildest rumors feel possible, and that’s part of why these stories keep hanging around.
