Nike Just Gave Oregon Fans A New Ducks Sneaker To Debate

Nike expands its lineup with exclusive college-themed Air Force 1s for fans of the Ducks, Longhorns, Bulldogs, and Wildcats.

Nike is giving college sneaker fans a fresh batch of Air Force 1s, and this time the lineup stretches across Texas, Oregon, Georgia and Kentucky. The move follows Nike’s recent push to release more team-exclusive looks to the public, including the black Air Force 1 made for Oregon.

All four schools get their own take on the classic silhouette, with three of the pairs already available and one still marked for a future drop. The collection mixes familiar school colors with heel logos and insole branding that lean hard into each program’s identity.

The Nike Air Force 1 "University of Oregon" is on sale now for $125 in adult sizes at Nike.com. It comes dressed in a full Apple Green finish, with the signature 'O' and 'Fighting Duck' logos placed on the heels.

The only break in the monochrome build shows up on the insoles, where bright Yellow "Oregon and "Ducks" wordmark stands out. The rest of the shoe keeps the classic Nike look intact.

The Nike Air Force 1 "University of Kentucky" is also available now for $125 in adult sizes at Nike.com. This pair goes all-in on Game Royal, with 'UK' branding and the 'Wildcat' logo sitting on the heels. Inside, the insoles carry the white "Kentucky" and "Wildcats" wordmark, while Nike Air and Nike Swooshes round out the clean finish.

Georgia’s version follows the same formula and is available now for $125 in adult sizes at Nike.com. It arrives in an all-University Red color scheme, paired with the familiar 'G' and 'Bulldog' logos on the heels. The insoles feature the "Georgia" and "Bulldogs" wordmark in white with black outlining, and the standard Nike Swooshes and Nike Air branding stay in place.

Texas is the lone holdout in the group. The Nike Air Force 1 "University of Texas" is listed as "coming soon" for $125 in adult sizes at Nike.com.

Its upper is covered in Desert Orange, with the 'Longhorns' logo and Texas outline stamped on the heels. The insoles carry the "Texas" and "Longhorns" wordmark in white, while the familiar Nike branding finishes the pack.

UCLAs Future QB Situation Could Matter More To Michigan State

Nico Iamaleavas season-ending ACL injury changed UCLAs quarterback picture in a hurry, and the ripple effects could stretch far beyond this fall. Ty Dieffenbach stepped in as the starter and has kept the Bruins moving with a run of wins, which gives the program a very different kind of decision to weigh once Iamaleava is ready to return in 2027.

For Oregon fans following the wider Big Ten picture, the real intrigue is what UCLAs future quarterback competition could look like when Iamaleava comes back healthy. His recovery timeline, draft outlook and eventual standing on the depth chart all add layers to a situation that already has a capable starter in place, and the Bruins answer there could shape how dangerous they are when the Ducks see them down the road. Dan Lanning Knows Oregon May Need Its Old Edge Back

Dan Lanning has spent five seasons showing that his best Oregon teams have often been the ones willing to push the envelope, even when the choices carry real risk. That history cuts both ways, of course, because the Ducks have also lived through the downsides of an aggressively minded coach, but Lanning has made it clear he is still trying to find the right balance between daring and discipline as the season moves along.

The discussion has picked up again after Oregons recent game against Illinois, when Lanning declined to go for it on fourth-and-1 in a moment that fit a more cautious approach than some fans are used to seeing from him. He has acknowledged wanting to get back to the edge that helped define his program early on, but the question now is how far he is willing to lean into that instinct without letting it turn into unnecessary gamble. Oregon Found One Reason For Hope In A Frustrating Season

Amid a season that has offered Oregon too few clean answers, junior defensive lineman DAntre Robinson has emerged as a small but legitimate source of optimism. After transferring from Florida and North Carolina, Robinson has started to show why the Ducks wanted him in the first place, giving the defensive front a burst of energy even as the team around him has worked through broader problems on offense and the loss of starting quarterback Dante Moore.

His recent outing against Illinois stood out in particular, with Robinson finishing with five tackles and a tackle for loss. For a Ducks team still searching for traction in a frustrating season, those kinds of individual flashes matter, because they hint at a piece of the roster that may already be moving in the right direction.
