"Last year, I was still getting to know the players and coaches," Ash noted. "This year, it's different. I know the players well, but we still have work to do with the new coaches."

"This year, I know what each player needs from a coaching standpoint," Ash said. "We need to ensure last year's issues aren't today's problems."
