The Yankees’ newest faces may be changing the look of the clubhouse, but a recent night out showed how quickly the family circle around the team is coming together too.
Ryan McMahon’s wife, Natalie, posted an 11-photo Instagram carousel Monday from a gathering that included several Yankees players and their significant others, and the reaction from within that group was immediate. Among the comments was one from Aaron Judge’s wife, Samantha, who kept it short and sweet: “ilyyyy♥️♥️♥️,”
The photos captured a dressed-up group in what appeared to be a dimly lit bar or restaurant. McMahon and Natalie were front and center in the opening shot, while later images brought in more of the Yankees’ spouses and partners. Judge showed up in one photo with Samantha, wearing a black suit jacket and matching trousers with a white dress shirt.
Samantha appeared multiple times across the carousel, including a group picture with Natalie and Megan, the wife of Trent Grisham. Another slide featured Samantha and Natalie alongside Sara Falkson, Ben Rice’s girlfriend, and Ava O’Connor, Spencer Jones’ girlfriend.
The comments section turned into its own little Yankees family gathering. Chase Bellinger, Cody Bellinger’s wife, chimed in with: “Sooooo good🔥🔥,”
Ashley, Carlos Rodón’s wife, reacted with emojis, and Falkson added: “Perfection 💕,”
O’Connor went a step further with her own message to Natalie: “Obsessed with YOU 🥹,”
Jocelyn, J.C. Escarra’s wife, called the group “The prettiest ladies 🩷,” while Caroline Nielson, Austin Wells’ girlfriend, joked about helping create the content: “me sniping an intimate moment for incredible content 😌💅💅💅,”
The post also carried a built-in layer of history. Samantha Judge and Natalie McMahon go way back - all the way to childhood in Linden, California.
They grew up next door to each other, have known each other since they were in diapers, and attended the same schools. Natalie was even one of Samantha’s classmates.
Ryan McMahon explained that connection during Yankees spring training.
“So my wife [Natalie] and his wife grew up next door to each other from the time they were in diapers,” McMahon told The Post. “She went to high school with Sam and Aaron.”
That makes Samantha’s reaction feel less like a routine social-media comment and more like a longtime friend showing love. Her bond with Natalie was formed long before either family became part of the Yankees’ orbit, and it now sits right in the middle of that clubhouse circle.
Judge’s appearance stood out too, because the Yankees captain tends to stay mostly out of the public eye away from the field. In Natalie’s carousel, he appeared only once, on the far right of a group photo beside Samantha. Samantha, meanwhile, popped up several times throughout the post.
Judge and Samantha married in 2021, and the photos offered a rare look at him in a relaxed team-family setting with McMahon and the rest of the Yankees’ inner circle.
For a team whose daily life is usually tracked through standings, injuries and roster moves, Natalie’s post showed a different side of the season: the people around the players, and how quickly those relationships are taking shape. The group included veterans like Judge, Bellinger, Rodón and Grisham, along with younger Yankees such as Rice, Wells, Jones and Escarra.
It was a quiet snapshot, but a revealing one - Yankees players and their families sharing a night together away from the ballpark, with Samantha Judge right there in the middle of it.

Jasson Dominguez Made A Change That Could Finally Unlock His Talent
Jasson Dominguez has always drawn attention for the talent, but the next step in his development has come from a less flashy place: the daily grind. Recognized for his work ethic even when he was younger, Dominguez still was not viewed as the hardest worker on his teams early on, and lately he has made a noticeable shift toward sharpening the little things that can turn raw ability into production.
The change has shown up in both his focus and his on-field improvement, with his performance metrics trending in the right direction as he continues to grow after earlier missteps. His manager has pointed to that progress as evidence that Dominguez is becoming a more complete player, and the bigger question now is how far that renewed attention to detail can carry him once the next challenge arrives. Yankees Suddenly Have A Heliot Ramos Problem They Cant Ignore
The Yankees turned to the trade market to patch together an offense hit by absences, bringing in Luis Garcia Jr. from Washington and Heliot Ramos from San Francisco to help steady the lineup. Garcia has given them an immediate lift, even going deep in his debut, while Ramos arrived with the kind of upside that made the move worth making for a club trying to stay afloat until its regulars come back.
Ramos has not given the Yankees much offensive traction yet, which has only sharpened the question of how they handle him once the roster gets healthier. The benefit for New York is that it controls Ramos for several more seasons, giving the club room to be patient, but there is already talk that a platoon with Spencer Jones could be part of the answer when the injury cloud starts to lift.
