Devils fans heading to Prudential Center this season will have plenty to chew on.
Levy Restaurants rolled out its new food lineup for the 2026-27 season at a tasting on Tuesday, giving a first look at what will be available at concession stands and in premium spaces. The menu mixes comfort food, arena staples and a few items that feel a little more ambitious than your usual game-night grab.
One of the most eye-catching additions is the Pork Roll Smash Burger, which leans hard into New Jersey flavors. It comes with pork roll/Taylor Ham, a fried egg, American cheese and ketchup on a double smash burger. The verdict from the tasting was simple: this is a heavy hitter, and one that should land quickly with fans.
Another strong option is the Gyro with Tzatziki Sauce, built with beef and lamb strips on pita bread, plus feta cheese, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes and tzatziki sauce. It stood out as a more unexpected menu item, but the combination of fresh produce and meat made it one of the more appealing bites on the table.
For fans who want something familiar, the Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders and Waffle Fries should fit the bill. The tenders are marinated in jalapeño buttermilk and served with waffle fries, keeping the order grounded in classic arena-food territory while adding a little extra kick.
The Short Rib Birria is another item that pushes beyond the standard arena menu. It features beef short rib, chili-roasted broth, corn tortilla, melted mozzarella cheese, diced onions, cilantro, lime and extra broth for dipping. It was one of the more layered dishes sampled and brought a lot of different flavors together.
Among the sweets and sides, Melba’s Macaroni and Cheese was one of the day’s biggest standouts. Created by Melba Wilson, it comes with multiple gooey cheeses and a browned, crusted top. It was one of the most eye-catching dishes in the tasting.
Dessert lovers also get the Crispy Treat, a build-your-own chocolate-covered Rice Krispies treat with mini M&M’s, pretzels, mini marshmallows, sprinkles and Oreo crumble. With all those topping choices, it looks set to be a popular stop for fans with a sweet tooth.
Rounding out the tasting was the lemonade, which was described as fresh and worth a try for anyone who likes that kind of drink.
