Mizzou Athletics is rolling out a new digital setup built around a redesigned website, an upgraded mobile app and a new fan identity system called Mizzou ID, powered by WMT Fan ID.
The move is part of a partnership with WMT Digital and is aimed at creating a more connected experience across Missouri’s digital platforms. Mizzou says the new system ties together content, ticketing and fan identity so supporters can use one login across the department’s digital properties.
That single sign-on is the centerpiece of Mizzou ID. The idea is simple: instead of treating each visit like a fresh start, the system keeps a persistent first-party connection that helps Mizzou Athletics learn more about what fans want and shape future experiences around those interests.
“Our team has spent significant time focusing on the next evolution of the fan experience, including how fans engage digitally with their favorite teams,” Mizzou Executive Athletics Director/Chief Brand Officer Michael Schroeder said. “We’re proud to join forces with WMT as one of the first college athletics departments to adopt FanID, positioning Mizzou at the leading edge of a more personalized, data-driven, and seamless digital experience. We are looking forward to continuing to innovate and elevate how our fans connect with Mizzou Athletics.”
Mizzou says the new website and app also bring better storytelling and a more flexible digital base for the current college athletics landscape. The department described the experience as one designed to make it easier for fans to access tickets, follow teams and receive content tailored to their interests.
WMT Digital framed the launch as part of a broader shift in how athletic departments connect with fans.
“The future of fan engagement is built on connected experiences, and by becoming one of the first college athletics programs to launch WMT FanID, Missouri is setting a new standard for how athletic departments connect with their fans,” said Andrés Fócil, CEO and founder of WMT Digital. “When every interaction is tied to a single fan identity, institutions can better understand what their fans value and deliver more relevant, personalized experiences every step of the way.”
Fans can create a Mizzou ID by visiting mutigers.com or by downloading the Mizzou Athletics mobile app on the App Store or Google Play.
Mizzou Athletics says it supports nearly 500 student-athletes across 20 varsity programs in the Southeastern Conference. The department says its core values are Earn Trust & Respect, Live Our Will to Win, Dare to Demand Excellence and Believe Every Step Matters.
WMT Digital describes itself as a fan experience and intelligence technology company that works with sports, live events and entertainment organizations. Its platform connects ticketing, fan data and digital platforms, and it also includes AI-powered ticket pricing and distribution technology that adjusts inventory based on fan behavior, market trends and demand.

Mizzou's SEC Media Days Choice Just Put The Backfield In Focus
Missouris trip to SEC Media Days already had the feel of a useful checkpoint, with head coach Eli Drinkwitz set to speak in Tampa on July 20 and three players joining him for the leagues annual summer spotlight. Junior linebacker Nicholas Rodriguez, senior left tackle Cayden Green and redshirt junior running back Jamal Roberts will represent the Tigers from July 20-23, giving the program a chance to put a few key faces in front of the conference before camp fully takes over.
The mix is notable because it puts the backfield front and center at a time when Missouri is still sorting out its offensive picture. Roberts is the clear name to watch in that group, and the Tigers decision to bring him to Tampa suggests how important his role could become if the depth chart shifts. With Green also drawing plenty of attention on the offensive line, Missouri will spend a good part of the week answering questions not just about where the offense is headed, but who will be asked to carry it. Mizzous 2027 EYBL Watch Just Got More Urgent Before Peach Jam
The Nike EYBL regular season wrapped in Las Vegas, and Missouris Class of 2027 board got a fresh look right before Peach Jam. Several of the Tigers top targets were in the mix during the final session, helping their teams punch tickets to Augusta while also giving Mizzou a better read on who is trending upward as the summer circuit reaches its biggest stage.
For Missouri, the timing matters because these are the kinds of evaluations that can shift quickly once the best teams and prospects are all in one place. Adkinson, Barnes, Cleveland, Mitchell and Frazier all flashed in different ways over the weekend, and with Peach Jam now on deck, the Tigers will have one more chance to watch how those performances translate against elite competition. Mizzou Sets Hall Of Fame Class That Tigers Fans Will Love
Mizzou is adding another familiar group of names to its Athletics Hall of Fame, and this one should land especially well with Tigers fans who followed the program through recent high points. The Class of 2026 includes football standouts Nick Bolton, Drew Lock and Andy Hill, along with softballs Ashley Fleming, wrestlings Daniel Lewis and track and fields Nicki Webber Moore, giving the department a six-person class that spans several of its most recognizable programs.
The celebration is set for Oct. 9 in Columbia, with another round of recognition planned during the home game against Texas A&M the next day. For Mizzou, the timing fits neatly into a fall calendar already packed with reminders of the schools athletic history, and it also gives the program a chance to spotlight the kind of competitors and leaders it wants associated with the black and gold.
