The Vikings excelled across the board with A or A- grades in areas such as treatment of families, locker room facilities, training room, and coaching staff, including strength coaches and coordinators. This impressive performance secured them the No. 2 overall position, just behind the Miami Dolphins.
However, not everything was perfect. The defensive coordinator received lower marks, and surprisingly, the state-of-the-art U.S.
Bank Stadium was graded a B for its home game field. Team travel and nutrition also fell short of top grades, yet the overall results still highlight Minnesota's dedication to player satisfaction.
The report cards, based on responses from 1,759 players who were on 2025 rosters, were conducted from November 2 to December 11. These insights provide a comprehensive look at how teams are perceived by their players.
Elsewhere in the NFC North, the Detroit Lions landed at No. 9, hindered by a C- for their offensive coordinator. The Green Bay Packers found themselves in the bottom half of the league, struggling with outdated amenities and family treatment. Meanwhile, the Chicago Bears came in at No. 13, with issues in their home field and defensive coordinator evaluations.
