Inside the Bucks' locker room, Giannis' uncertain future has cast a long shadow. Veteran Bobby Portis likened it to "dark clouds always around," hinting at the anticipation that the two-time MVP might refuse to extend his contract with a team currently outside the championship conversation.

"Ultimately, it'll come down to Giannis if he really wants to be here or not. He has to make that decision sooner than later," Portis remarked, emphasizing the need to dispel the looming uncertainty.
