Brewers Fans Wont Like How The Biggest Game Before The Break Is Airing

Catch the pivotal matchup between the Brewers and Pirates as Jacob Misiorowski and Paul Skenes face off, with streaming details and coverage options available for fans nationwide.

Baseball fans get the matchup everyone’s been waiting for when the Brewers and Pirates close out their three-game set on July 12: Jacob Misiorowski against Paul Skenes.

The game lands in the final spot before the four-day all-star break, and while Misiorowski won’t be pitching in the 2026 All-Star Game next week, plenty more people around the country will get a chance to see this one. The finale will be streamed exclusively on Peacock, which means it won’t be on local TV but will reach a national audience.

Misiorowski already got the better of Skenes once last season at American Family Field. In his third start with the Brewers, he threw five scoreless innings, struck out eight and held Skenes to four innings and four runs.

The rematch comes with Misiorowski listed as an early Cy Young favorite. Skenes, meanwhile, has not been in that same repeat-award conversation.

He is 7-8 with a 3.58 ERA and 123 strikeouts in 103 innings. Over his last seven starts, he is 1-3 with a 4.78 ERA, allowing 40 hits in 37⅔ innings.

The series also features two teams that can really swing the bats. The Pirates and Brewers rank third and fourth in the majors in runs scored.

Pittsburgh has 492 runs in 94 games, while Milwaukee has 476 runs in 93 games. The Brewers still hold a strong edge in NL Central play, going 19-7 against division opponents, though the Pirates took two of three from them in April at American Family Field.

Here’s the viewing and listening setup for the series:

The July 10 and July 11 games are on Brewers.TV. The July 12 game is Peacock only.

Brewers.TV is available on 1263 on XFinity, 670 on DirecTV and 1743 on U-Verse. Spectrum channel availability depends on the local system, with viewers told to check 308, 1308, 319, 317 and 469.

The games can also be streamed on Brewers.TV and through the MLB app. A full-season plan is $99.99, while monthly access costs $19.99.

That package includes all games not carried on a national broadcast such as ESPN or AppleTV. Fubo offers a free trial for new subscribers.

Peacock requires a subscription.

On Brewers.TV, Brian Anderson or Jeff Levering will handle play-by-play, with Vinny Rottino or Tim Dillard as analysts and Sophia Minnaert reporting from the field.

On the radio side, the Brewers Radio Network carries the series, with flagship station AM-620 WTMJ among the outlets. Jeff Levering, when not on Brewers.TV, Lane Grindle and Josh Maurer will be on the call.

The Brewers broadcast is also on the Sirius XM app on July 10 and July 12, and on Channel 181 on July 11. Pirates broadcasts are on Channel 175 on July 10, Channel on 178 July 11 and Channel 175 on July 12.

The listed probable starters are Brandon Sproat for Milwaukee against Braxton Ashcraft on July 10, Shane Drohan against Bubba Chandler on July 11, and the headline matchup of Misiorowski and Skenes on July 12.

Brewers Top Prospect Jess Made Just Delivered A Huge Reminder

Jess Made gave the Brewers another reminder of why he sits atop the organizations prospect ladder, and he did it in a way that cuts through any short-term noise. The 19-year-old infielder powered Double-A Biloxi to an 11-2 win over Knoxville with a grand slam, then added a double and a single to round out one of his loudest games of the season.

Made has still been carrying the kind of profile that keeps evaluators interested even when the hits do not always come in bunches. He has stayed productive in 2026 with a high batting average, a low strikeout rate and enough run production to rank second in RBIs in the Southern League, so a night like this only reinforces the sense that the Brewers top prospect is keeping himself in the middle of the conversation. Brewers Draft Haul Comes With One Concerning Twist Fans Should Note

The Brewers have long treated the amateur draft like a lifeline, and for good reason. As a small-market club, Milwaukee has leaned on homegrown talent to keep its roster stocked, and that approach has paid off with several recent picks already helping at the major league level. The next wave is on the way in 2026, when the Brewers are set to make four selections on Day 1 and continue adding depth throughout the rest of the draft.

Milwaukees haul still gives it plenty of chances to find another impact player, but the shape of the class is not quite as clean as it first appears. The Brewers are working without the extra cushion of a supplemental-round selection after moving that pick in a recent deal with Boston, a reminder that every draft asset matters for a team built around development and value. Jake Bauers Sparks Another Brewers Win Over Cardinals Before The Break

Jake Bauers kept finding ways to tilt the game in Milwaukees favor at Busch Stadium, helping the Brewers beat the Cardinals 8-4 in another strong finish to the series. His second-inning baserunning play helped extend an inning, and he later delivered the big swing with a three-run homer that gave the Brewers the kind of cushion they have been building on during this road trip.

Milwaukee took four of five from St. Louis and has continued to stack wins as the All-Star break approaches, a stretch that has kept the club moving in the right direction even with the grind of the schedule. The Brewers have handled the first part of their longest road trip of the season well, and Bauers night was another reminder of how much little plays and timely power have mattered in that run.
