10 Oklahoma, also 1-0, on Saturday, Sept. 12, at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor. Kickoff is set for noon ET, and the game will air on Fox.

The Wolverines opened with a 13-12 win over Western Michigan on Sept. 5, a game decided by a last-second Hail Mary from quarterback Bryce Underwood to wide receiver JJ Buchanan. The finish was followed by a dispute three days later, when Western Michigan and the Mid-American Conference challenged the result after "further study," arguing officials added an extra second to the clock after Michigan appeared to lose on a failed Hail Mary on the previous play. The NCAA ruled the result stands the next day.
Now Michigan turns to a tougher assignment against a Sooners team that already made a statement in its opener. Oklahoma rolled past UTEP 51-0 and comes in with senior quarterback John Mateer leading the way.
This is also the second straight season these teams have played. Oklahoma won the meeting 24-13 on Sept. 6, 2025, in Norman.
For Michigan, this is the kind of game that will show whether the Wolverines can put the Week 1 drama behind them and settle into the kind of form expected in the Big Ten and College Football Playoff race.
