Forbes showcased his talent by winning both singles matches, including a standout performance against No. 1 Ohio State in Columbus. The Spartans' 4-3 victory marked OSU's first Big Ten home defeat since 2003, a testament to Forbes' impact on the court.
Hailing from Raleigh, N.C., and currently ranked No. 11 in the ITA National Rankings, Forbes delivered a defining win over Ohio State's No. 22 Jack Anthrop. In a gripping three-set showdown, Forbes secured the decisive match point, leading the Spartans to their first victory over Ohio State since 1999 and their first in Columbus since 1998.
