The Miami Dolphins are catching eyes this offseason, with big names like Tyreek Hill, Bradley Chubb, and Tua Tagovailoa leading the charge. Hill and Chubb are hitting free agency, and Tagovailoa might soon follow.
But it's not just the headliners making waves-there's intriguing buzz around a veteran tight end, and surprisingly, it's not Darren Waller. Instead, Greg Dulcich is the one drawing serious interest.
Dulcich, a 25-year-old tight end, previously played for the Denver Broncos before joining the Dolphins in 2025. He made his NFL debut in Week 8 and wrapped up the season with 335 receiving yards and a touchdown on 26 receptions. From Week 9 onward, Dulcich averaged an impressive 2.7 yards per route run, second only to George Kittle among tight ends with over 100 routes in that period.
While Dulcich isn't quite on Kittle's level yet, there's potential for growth. As noted by ESPN's Bill Barnwell, teams may be willing to invest to see if his late-season surge was the real deal.
Meanwhile, Darren Waller also turned heads with his storybook season. Coming out of retirement, he posted 283 receiving yards and six touchdowns on 24 receptions over nine games. At 25, and as a former third-round pick, Waller has shown he still has plenty to offer.
For Dulcich, a team like the Philadelphia Eagles could be an ideal fit. With his strong finish to the 2025 season, he could be a bargain pickup poised for a breakout as an NFL starter.
