The Miami Dolphins are back on the field for their fourth practice of training camp, and this one comes with a little extra buzz: it’s the first public practice of the summer. Fans are being welcomed into the team’s training facilities for the first time this year, with practice scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m. Eastern time at the Baptist Health Training Complex.
The team’s camp schedule includes a busy run of morning workouts and a few special events along the way. Sunday, August 2 is listed as “Pin Back Together Weekend.” After that, the Dolphins are set for practice on Monday, August 3, Tuesday, August 4, Thursday, August 6, Friday, August 7 and Monday, August 10, all at 9:30 a.m. at the Baptist Health Training Complex.
There’s also a stadium date on the calendar. On Saturday, August 8, the Dolphins will hold a 10:15 a.m. practice at Hard Rock Stadium, with the note “Stadium Practice” and a giveaway of player trading cards.
Later in camp, the schedule shows Tuesday, August 18 as a 9:30 a.m. session at the Baptist Health Training Complex marked “Season Tick Members Only,” followed by Thursday, August 20 at the same site for a 9:30 a.m. practice labeled “New York Giants Joint Practice,” along with another player trading card giveaway.
The coverage also noted that an X list was intended to provide live updates from media members at camp and context from the first three practices, but that the planned list did not update as expected. The team said it is still looking for a system that will allow live post updates and will add it to training camp coverage if one is found.
