The Chiefs have a slight edge, picking ahead of the Dolphins, which puts Miami in a bit of a pickle if they're keen on landing Mauigoa. The Dolphins might need to consider trading up to secure their target, but given their rebuilding phase, parting with valuable draft capital could be a tough pill to swallow.
If Miami's GM, Jon-Eric Sullivan, decides to make a bold move, the Dolphins could aim for a trade with the Washington Commanders or New Orleans Saints, sitting at picks seven and eight, respectively. Anything beyond that might be overkill since Mauigoa isn't projected to crack the top six.
