Memphis football is set to welcome Arkansas State on Saturday night for the 901 Game, and the matchup will also mark the first game inside the newly renovated Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium.
The No. RV/RV Tigers are 1-0 heading into a 6 p.m. kickoff on ESPN+.
Jeff Hem will handle play-by-play, with Kenechi Udeze on analysis. Fans can also follow the action on 98.9 THE ROAR OF MEMPHIS, the flagship station for Tiger Sports Network, where Dave Woloshin, Jarvis Greer and Greg Gaston will be on the call.
With the stadium changes now in place, Memphis is asking fans to plan ahead. Traffic patterns remain the same as the 2025 season once inside the area around the venue, with Glenn Rogers Sr.
Street running one-way southbound two hours before kickoff and one-way northbound one hour after the game. The school is also directing fans to review the parking and stadium map before heading out, since access routes and parking areas have changed for 2026.
Several lot and entry changes are already in effect. The area previously called Silver Lot 4 is now the Diamond Lot, and access there is reserved for season ticket members with West Side Tower tickets. A portion of the GOLD II Lot is offline because of North Tunnel construction.
ADA parking is no longer free and must be purchased in advance. It will not be available on game day, and guests needing ADA accommodations must have that status clearly shown on their vehicle hang tag or license plate.
Security and ticketing procedures have also changed. Fans will go through screening and ticket scanning before entering the Halo, the secured perimeter around Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium. A valid ticket is required to get into the Halo, and once a fan leaves that perimeter, re-entry with the same ticket will not be allowed.
The Northeast entrance near Gate D, Entry 3 now has a new gate installed for ticketing, while Gate C is offline because of North Tunnel construction.
Memphis has also updated its gate and entry system. Old Gate 1 is now Gate D, Entry 4.
Old Gate 2 is now Gate C, Entry 3, though it is offline because of North Tunnel construction. Old Gate 3 is now Gate B, Entry 2.
Old Gate 4 is now Gate F, Entry 6. Old Gate 5 is exit only.
Old Gate 6 is now Gate E, Entry 5. New stadium access is Gate A, Entry 1, and there is also new ADA access between Gate C and Gate D.
Inside the stadium, section and row numbering has been redesigned for 2026 to make seats easier to find. For returning season ticket members, the actual seat location has not changed, but the section and row label may have.
Seating below the main concourse remains on the 100 Level, while seating above it is now the 200 Level. Every section now starts with Row 1, seat numbers stay the same, and a portion of Section 113 has been removed because of North Tunnel construction.
East Side Suites are now listed as 700 and 800 levels.
Memphis is also selling 2026 season tickets, and buyers will receive an exclusive replica of the renovated Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium. Single-game pricing is tiered this season: Army starts at $25, UAB, Arkansas State and East Carolina start at $20, and UT Martin and Temple start at $15. Prices rise by $5 during game week and by another $5 on gameday at the box office.
For fans looking for a smaller package, the Memphis Football Mini Plan allows selection of any three games starting at $60. Memphis Athletics is also asking fans to cover the Shelby County sales tax rate of 9.75 percent on all tickets and parking. Season, single-game and group tickets, along with experiences, can be arranged through the Memphis Ticket Office, while premium seating inquiries go to the Memphis Athletic Fund.
