Oklahoma, meanwhile, has won three of its last five games, including a solid 91-79 victory over Auburn. The Sooners have been lethal from beyond the arc, averaging 9.5 three-pointers in SEC play and shooting 48.4 percent from three in their last four games.

Mohamed Wague contributed 18 points and nine rebounds, while Derrion Reid and Xzavier Brown added 16 and 14 points, respectively. The Sooners shot an impressive 52.6 percent from the field and 68.4 percent from deep.

For LSU, Max Mackinnon was the star against Ole Miss, scoring 34 points-the first Tiger to surpass 30 points in over two years. Mike Nwoko added 18 points, while Pablo Tamba, Rashad King, Robert Miller II, and freshman Jalen Reece all scored in double figures.

Reece also recorded his first college double-double with 11 points and 10 assists. The Tigers were efficient, shooting 50 percent from the field and 52.4 percent from three-point range, while also converting 86.2 percent of their free throws.

Looking ahead, LSU will wrap up the regular season with a road game at Auburn on Tuesday and a home finale against Texas A&M on March 8, which will also feature senior tribute ceremonies. The festivities for the seniors will kick off at 4:40 p.m.

This matchup against Oklahoma is poised to be a high-energy contest, with both teams looking to maintain their momentum as the season winds down.
