And just like that, Kiffin’s latest recruiting wins weren’t the headline-his coffee date was.
Fans flooded the replies with a mix of jokes, speculation, and just straight-up roasting. One user cracked, “Lane loves showing off coffee and his wife’s hand 😂” - a nod to Kiffin’s history of cryptic social media posts.

When Leavitt headed off to Tennessee and Miami for more visits, Kiffin didn’t wait around. He flew to Knoxville, met with Leavitt and his family for nearly an hour-no cameras, no press, just a head coach putting in face time.
