Louisville Lands Dynamic Playmaker in 2026 Commit from Florida Standout
Louisville’s 2026 recruiting class just got a serious jolt of electricity. On July 5, 2025, the Cardinals secured a commitment from one of Florida’s most versatile and explosive athletes - a 6-foot-6, 210-pound wide receiver out of Freeport High School who brings size, speed, and serious playmaking ability to the table.
This isn’t just another name on the list. This is a multi-sport standout who’s been on Louisville’s radar for a long time - and for good reason.
The Cardinals were the first Power Four program to offer him back in June 2024, and that early belief paid off. After taking official visits to Syracuse, Colorado, Vanderbilt, and Louisville, he chose the Cards, citing the coaching staff’s consistent presence and vision for his future.
The relationship with position coach Ryan Wallace proved pivotal.
“All the coaches were on me hard about the plan and vision for me to come there,” he told 247Sports. “But overall the guy that I will be with the most is Coach Wallace... He's put so much effort into me and my family and has believed in me since I was a sophomore in high school.”
That belief is backed up by production. As a junior, he hauled in 59 catches for 895 yards and seven touchdowns.
But it was his senior season where he truly broke out - 62 receptions, 1,176 yards, and 12 touchdowns through just 10 games. That’s not just improvement - that’s dominance.
He’s not just filling up the stat sheet; he’s doing it with consistency and impact.
And it doesn’t stop with football. He’s a legitimate three-sport athlete, excelling on the hardwood and in track & field.
In basketball, he led Florida’s Class 3A in scoring as a junior, averaging 27.5 points and 10.7 rebounds per game. He also competes in the high jump - because of course he does.
At 6-foot-6, with that kind of vertical ability, it’s no surprise he’s a matchup nightmare across multiple sports.
Rated a three-star prospect by 247Sports and ranked No. 548 nationally in the 247Sports Composite, he’s listed as the No. 52 wide receiver in the Class of 2026 and a top-60 player in the state of Florida. But rankings only tell part of the story. What jumps off the film is his ability to stretch the field, win contested catches, and turn short throws into big gains.
Louisville is getting a weapon - plain and simple. Whether he lines up out wide, in the slot, or even flexes into a hybrid tight end role, his frame and athleticism make him a problem for defensive coordinators.
He’s got the tools to be a red zone threat from day one, and his route-running polish suggests he’s more than just a big body. This is a guy who can create separation, track the deep ball, and make defenders miss after the catch.
He’ll be enrolling early in January, giving him a head start in the Cardinals' system. That’s a big win for Louisville, giving the staff time to get him acclimated to the offense and start building chemistry with the quarterback room.
Bottom line: This is the kind of signing that can elevate a passing attack. Louisville didn’t just land a recruit - they landed a potential difference-maker.
