According to TMZ Sports, Goltes filed a new claim that asks for a total of $50 million. Of that amount, $40 million would go to her, while the other $10 million is believed to be for the couple’s two daughters.
She is also pushing to limit Doncic’s custody time. Right now, he sees the girls at least two days a week, but Goltes wants that reduced to one day.
The new filing lands after she withdrew a California child support petition. In that earlier response, she said she wanted to handle the matter without a fight. “I am withdrawing my petition for child support with the specific intention of resolving this matter amicably and by a mutual agreement which is in the best interests of our children,” Goltes stated in the responsive plea.
Doncic and Goltes share two young daughters: Gabriela, who is two years old, and Olivia, who is seven months old. The couple had been together for about a decade before ending their engagement earlier this year.
Doncic has maintained that the children live in Slovenia and argued that California was the wrong place for the earlier case. He had already begun proceedings in Slovenia involving custody and support.
