Dodger Stadium is already set for October, and fans can now lock in seats for the 2026 postseason.
Tickets for potential National League Wild Card Series, NL Division Series and NL Championship Series games at Dodger Stadium went on sale to the general public Saturday afternoon. Parking is also available for advance purchase. All current Dodgers playoff tickets are being sold at Dodgers.com/postseason, while World Series tickets will go on sale later.
The Dodgers are headed into October for the 14th straight season, matching the MLB record previously set by the Atlanta Braves from 1991-2005. It’s a stretch that has come with plenty of division hardware, too: the Dodgers have won the NL West in 13 of those seasons, including each of the last five.
That run has piled up records along the way. In 2016, the Dodgers became the first team in MLB history to win the NL West four straight years since the Divisional Era began in 1969.
That streak eventually grew to eight consecutive division titles before the San Francisco Giants stopped it in 2021. Even in the season they came up just short in the division, the Dodgers still set a franchise mark at the time with 106 wins.
The Giants finished with 107 and took the NL West, but the Dodgers turned around and beat them in five games in the NLDS.
Since 1969, only the Braves with 14 and the New York Yankees with nine have had longer division-title streaks.
The club also added another line to the record book this year by securing its 16th straight winning season, a new NL standard. That passed the 2008-22 St. Louis Cardinals, 1991-2005 Braves, 1939-1953 Cardinals and 1899-1913 Pittsburgh Pirates.
There is still one thing left unresolved in the present tense: seeding. The Dodgers have already clinched a playoff berth and the NL West, but they still have work to do before the bracket is finalized. Right now, they are positioned to open the 2026 postseason in the NLDS, though they have not yet locked up a first-round bye and could still drop into the Wild Card Series.
If that happens, the Dodgers would host a best-of-three Wild Card Series at Dodger Stadium from Sept. 29-Oct.
- The NLDS is scheduled to begin Oct. 3 either way, followed by the NLCS on Oct. 11 in a 2-3-2 format.
The World Series starts Oct. 23 and could stretch all the way to Halloween, with a possible Game 7 set for Oct. 31.

With Glasnow working deep and the bullpen finishing the job without allowing another run, the game itself checked the familiar boxes.
