Justin Herbert found himself on the turf 54 times last season, ranking third in the league for most sacks taken. You'd think bolstering the offensive line would be priority number one. The Chargers did make moves by bringing in Tyler Biadasz and Cole Strange, but it seems more reinforcement is needed.
Enter Kevin Zeitler, a name that might not light up the marquee but could be exactly what Herbert needs. Once considered one of the league's top right guards, Zeitler, at 36, still has plenty left in the tank.
He earned a Pro Bowl nod in 2023 and remained solid with the Tennessee Titans last season, particularly in pass protection. Adding him could be a smart play for the Chargers.
