Steven Pearl couldn’t be more thrilled about the addition, stating, "Brian brings a unique combination of vision, energy, and expertise that will immediately elevate our staff." Pearl highlighted Kloman’s relentless work ethic and innovative approach to building winning programs, noting his ability to identify and assemble talent as a key asset.
