Brittany Mahomes had a front-row view of the Kansas City Chiefs’ latest wild finish, and she made sure the Las Vegas Raiders heard about it after the final whistle.
She was in a luxury suite at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday, there to support Patrick Mahomes as the Chiefs faced the Raiders. Brittany posted behind-the-scenes looks at the game-day setup on Instagram, then showed off a custom Chiefs-themed outfit that pulled plenty of attention from her followers. But the real postgame moment came after Kansas City finished the job.
Following the Chiefs’ comeback win, Brittany went straight at the Raiders on Instagram, taking aim at first-time head coach Klint Kubiak after his halftime confidence aged badly. During an interview at the break, Kubiak had said, “We’re winning.
We’re gonna win the game.” The Chiefs then turned the second half into their own show, flipping the script and improving to 4-0.
Brittany answered with Kubiak’s own words, posting, “We’re winning. We’re gonna win the game,” followed by a smirking emoji.
The post spread quickly, and fans piled on with reactions. “And We won!!!!
❤️❤️,” Randi Mahomes said. “The caption understood the assignment 😂👏🏻,” a second person wrote.
“Patrick seen that on playback and was like.. Bet🤣,” a third person stated.
“I KNEW his comment was gonna backfire and was waiting 🍿😂😂,” a fourth person added.
On the field, Kansas City closed out a 31-27 victory over Las Vegas in a fourth-quarter comeback on Sunday afternoon. The win moved the Chiefs to a perfect 4-0, though it was also overshadowed by a gruesome injury to breakout receiver Tyquan Thornton.

Royals Rookie Carter Jensen Is Pushing For Rare Catcher Hardware
Carter Jensens first full season gave the Royals a little of everything they could have hoped for from a rookie catcher, but the offense is what has him squarely in the Silver Slugger conversation. He finished with 27 home runs and a .790 OPS overall, numbers that put him in rare company for his position and make him a legitimate contender for Louisville Slugger Silver Slugger Award honors behind the plate.
The catcher race has tightened around Detroits Dillon Dingler, but Jensen has kept himself right there with the strength of his production when he actually caught. His .882 OPS and 140 wRC+ in those games have become a major part of his case, and for Kansas City, that kind of two-way value from a rookie at one of the games toughest spots is the sort of development worth watching all offseason. Royals Are Pushing Angeibel Gomez Faster Than Anyone Expected
Angeibel Gomez is suddenly getting a crash course in pro baseball that few Royals prospects ever see this early. The club sent its No. 2 prospect to the Arizona Fall League, where he debuted for the Surprise Saguaros and immediately showed why Kansas City is eager to fast-track him, reaching base, stealing a bag and scoring twice while standing out as one of the youngest players the league has ever seen.
For a team that has talked openly about building around its best young talent, the move says plenty about how highly the Royals view Gomez and how deliberate they are being with his growth. The Fall League is usually reserved for players on a more ordinary development track, so putting him in that setting now is an unusual step, one designed to challenge him without overwhelming him. What comes next will tell just as much about his readiness as that first game already did. [Read more 🡒]
