However, his 2025 season saw some struggles, leading to a reduced role with the Bengals. He started all 17 games in 2024 but was limited to just two starts last year due to a Lisfranc injury suffered against the Steelers in Week 11.

Adding another layer of intrigue, the Colts have shown interest in Indiana cornerback D’Angelo Ponds for their first pick at No. 47 overall, according to a mock draft by Luke Easterling of Athlon Sports. However, other projections suggest they might target a linebacker like Cincinnati’s Jake Golday or Texas’ Anthony Hill, or even a wide receiver such as Alabama’s Germie Bernard or Georgia State’s Ted Hurst.
