The third day of the 2026 Las Vegas Summer League brought a little bit of everything from the rookie crop: efficient scoring, active defense, and a few all-around stat lines that stood out even in the loose, fast-moving summer setting.
A handful of undrafted free agents made their case early. One posted 12 points, 9 rebounds, a steal and a block while going 4-of-7 from the field, 1-of-2 from 3-point range and 2-of-3 at the line.
Another turned in a clean, controlled outing with 8 points, 7 assists, 4 rebounds, a steal and zero turnovers, shooting 3-of-3 overall and 2-of-2 from deep. A third undrafted player added 14 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals in a 102-89 win against Houston, finishing 4-of-9 from the field and 2-of-3 from the free throw line.
The first-rounders had their moments too. The No. 23 pick in the 2026 NBA Draft put up 13 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 blocks and 2 steals in an 83-76 win against Brooklyn.
The No. 42 pick followed with 14 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals in a 70-49 win against the Knicks. The No. 9 pick added 10 points, 5 rebounds, 4 blocks and 2 steals, while the No. 22 pick delivered the biggest scoring night of the group, finishing with a game-high 24 points, 6 assists, 3 rebounds and a steal in a 100-93 win against the Pacers.
There were also a few strong showings from players further down the board. After suffering an injury ahead of the 2025 NBA Draft that kept Moore out for the entire 2025-26 season, the undrafted free agent is now playing with the Pelicans' Summer League team.
In a 95-91 win against Charlotte, Moore had 13 points, 4 rebounds, an assist and 3 steals. The No. 47 pick scored a team-high 16 points with 2 rebounds, an assist and 2 steals, and the No. 38 pick finished with 16 points, 5 assists, 2 rebounds and 2 steals.
Suder also got in on the action, finishing with 14 points and 2 assists in a 91-70 win against the Mavericks. Another undrafted free agent rounded out the day’s notable performances with 13 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals, a block and zero turnovers.

Pacers May Have Found A Summer League Big They Can't Ignore
Indianas summer league group has already given the front office a little bit of everything, from an overtime loss to the Sixers to a win over the Cavaliers, but one of the quieter developments has been the play of Rienk Mast. The 6-foot-10 forward has brought a steady inside presence while working on an Exhibit-10 deal, and his recent showing gave the Pacers another look at a player who has spent time in Europe and in college at Bradley and Nebraska.
Masts path has been anything but ordinary, and that matters for a team always searching for useful depth at the margins of the roster. He has already shown enough in this setting to put himself in the conversation for a two-way contract or a G-League spot, and with Indiana still sorting through its summer league options, his mix of size and experience is hard to overlook. Pacers Just Made Another Tough Depth Call After Nance Move
Micah Potters run with the Pacers ended the same way a lot of roster-fight stories do in late summer, with a team trying to balance usefulness against flexibility. The five-year NBA veteran had his best statistical season in Indiana, averaging 9.7 points and five rebounds in 47 appearances, and his offense gave the Pacers a workable depth option at center.
Still, Indiana chose to move on after adding Larry Nance Jr., a move that brought more positional versatility and helped the front office trim salary near the first apron. Potter was always more of a fringe rotation piece than a nightly answer because of the defensive questions, so the Pacers opted for the cleaner roster fit even if it meant giving up a player who had carved out a real role.
