Sixteen years later, she's bidding farewell to the sport that has given her so much, including lifelong friendships, incredible mentors, and the chance to travel the world.
A standout player at the University of Oregon, Stone Love earned All-American honors before embarking on a professional career that took her to teams like Volero Le Cannet in France and Las Pinkin De Corozal in Puerto Rico, where she celebrated back-to-back championships. Her final seasons were spent with the San Diego Mojo of the Professional Volleyball Federation, now known as Major League Volleyball, where she continued to excel, earning second-team all-league honors and a spot on the all-star team.
