Packers Fans Stunned By Shocking NFLPA Report Card Grades

Despite some positive strides, the leaked NFLPA report cards reveal significant challenges ahead for the Green Bay Packers, particularly under coach Matt LaFleurs leadership.

Earlier today, news broke that Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur received a less-than-stellar grade on the NFLPA's annual report cards. After the season wrapped up, players from each NFL team were asked to evaluate various aspects of their organizations.

While these report cards used to be publicly available on the NFLPA’s website, NFL owners have recently kept them under wraps. However, ESPN’s Kalyn Kahler managed to obtain the results and shared the final grades for all 32 NFL teams.

The Packers have some areas that clearly need attention.

Green Bay Packers NFLPA Report Card Grades for the 2025 Season

According to Kahler, here’s how the Packers fared:

  • Treatment of Families: C+
  • Home Game Field: C+
  • Food/Dining Area: B+
  • Nutritionist/Dietician: B
  • Locker Room: A
  • Training Room: C
  • Weight Room: A-
  • Strength Coaches: B
  • Position Coaches: B+
  • Offensive Coordinator: C
  • Defensive Coordinator: A-
  • Special Teams Coordinator: B+
  • Team Travel: B-
  • Head Coach: B-
  • General Manager: B+
  • Team Ownership: A-

At first glance, these grades might seem concerning, placing Green Bay in the bottom third of the league overall. However, context is key. Notably, the Miami Dolphins topped the report card rankings, despite recently replacing their general manager and head coach with former Packers staff.

The Packers' training room received a low mark, yet the team had already started renovations prior to these results. A similar scenario unfolded last year with their locker room, which has since become one of the best-rated in the league.

Special teams coordinator Rich Bisaccia earned a solid grade, though he recently stepped down, a move welcomed by many fans.

LaFleur’s drop from an A- in 2024 to a B- in 2025 raises eyebrows. Despite this, most Packers players backed him for a contract extension after the season. It's possible that players leaving in free agency or facing cuts might have let their frustrations influence their evaluations.

In comparison, some other head coaching grades are intriguing. Jonathan Gannon, now the Packers' defensive coordinator, received a B+ from his Arizona Cardinals players. Meanwhile, Jim Harbaugh of the Los Angeles Chargers, known for his strong rapport with players, surprisingly received a C+.

These grades offer a snapshot of where the Packers stand and highlight areas for potential growth, ensuring that fans and the organization alike have plenty to consider moving forward.
