CBS Sports analysts Jordan Dajani and Tyler Sullivan ranked the Packers’ roster 16th in the NFL, but flagged wide receiver as the big unknown. Their view is that Green Bay has cleaned up the room, with Romeo Doubs leaving in free agency and Dontayvion Wicks getting dealt to the Eagles. In their place, the Packers have locked in Christian Watson and Jayden Reed with extensions, and those two, along with 2025 first-round pick Matthew Golden, are expected to carry the load.

Watson has never played a full season, appearing in 10 games in 2025, while Reed was limited to seven games last season. Dajani and Sullivan pointed out that if the trio can stay on the field, the upside is obvious. But they also made clear that health is the swing factor.
