Micah Parsons Trade Debate Just Got Reignited Again In Green Bay

Tensions rise as Terrence Parsons comments stir controversy over the Cowboys' trade decisions involving his brother, Micah Parsons.

Micah Parsons’ brother is still taking shots at the Cowboys, and this time the timing only made the trolling louder.

Terrence Parsons Jr. jumped in after the Chicago Bears and Tennessee Titans agreed to a deal centered on All-Pro defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons, using the trade as another chance to revisit what Dallas got back when it moved on from Micah Parsons. In his post, he wrote, “Mannn that Micah parsons trade just looks better and better… no way the cowboys don’t get 3 first and or 2 firsts and 2nd round for a 26 year old pass rusher in his prime,”

The comments came fast, and not in Terrence’s favor. Fans pointed out that Micah Parsons is coming off a major knee injury and has yet to play a game this season.

“Bro hasn’t seen the field in ages,” one person said. “Micah is a full time podcaster now,” another remarked.

Terrence has made a habit of speaking up when Dallas comes up. He was unhappy when Parsons couldn’t work out an extension with the Cowboys before the 2025 season, and he has repeatedly defended his brother’s decision-making since the trade.

That original move sent Parsons to Green Bay, with Dallas receiving defensive tackle Kenny Clark along with the Packers’ 2026 first-round pick and 2027 first-round pick. Two months ago, Terrence also agreed that his brother made the right choice in leaving the Cowboys.

The Bears, for their part, are clearly pushing for a win-now move. They sent their next two first-round picks and a 2027 fourth-rounder to the Titans for Simmons. Parsons is still recovering from a torn ACL suffered in December 2025, while his brother keeps firing away at his former team.

Jordan Love Is Carrying A Packers Problem That Could Get Bigger

Jordan Love kept the Packers moving in a 27-19 win over the Panthers, throwing for 288 yards and three touchdowns while also dealing with the kind of game that has become familiar in Green Bay. The passing game has been doing a lot of the heavy lifting, and Loves command of it has helped the Packers keep winning even when the offense is not finding much balance on the ground.

The larger concern is what that imbalance means going forward, especially with Josh Jacobs back in the mix but not yet able to change the shape of the attack. Green Bay is winning in a way almost no team has in modern football, but the run game still looks stuck, and if it stays that way, Love may keep carrying a burden that only gets heavier as the season goes on. Josh Jacobs Sparked An Ugly Packers Debate Fans Didn't Expect

Josh Jacobs gave the Packers a needed spark in their win over the Panthers, finding the end zone and adding some extra heat to the moment with a handcuff gesture after his one-yard touchdown. It was the kind of celebration that instantly grabbed attention on a night Green Bay could feel good about on the field, especially with Jacobs already established as a major part of the offense after signing his four-year extension in 2024.

But the reaction went beyond the scoreboard because of Jacobs past and the context that still follows him around. He was arrested in May on domestic disturbance, battery and property-damage allegations before later pleading no contest to misdemeanor charges, and he missed the first six weeks of the season because of NFL sanctions. So even a routine scoring play turned into a fresh debate, with the celebration drawing as much discussion as the touchdown itself. [Read more 🡒]

Micah Parsons' Packers Comeback Is Finally Taking A Real Step

Micah Parsons long road back is finally inching toward a more visible phase. The Packers have been carefully managing his recovery after the ACL injury that cost him the entire 2026 season, and head coach Matt LaFleur has already signaled optimism that practice could be coming soon as Green Bay keeps its foot off the gas and lets the rehab process dictate the pace.

For a player of Parsons caliber, getting back on the field for practice is the first real checkpoint after months away from football. The bigger question now is how quickly that can lead to game action, and while the Packers are encouraged by the progress, the timetable beyond that remains unsettled. [Read more 🡒]
